The information and conditions shown on our websites do not affect your statutory rights. Artigiano and Spirito di Artigiano are trading names of Artigiano Ltd, Reg No. 5035522. Total liability for any claim against Artigiano Ltd, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Artigiano Ltd to the customer.
English law applies to all orders placed on this website, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
When you place an order online with us you are making an offer to buy our goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order request. Once we have verified the price and availability of the goods we will email you again to confirm that your goods have been despatched to you which signifies that a contract has been made between us.
Every effort is made to ensure that our estimated delivery times are met; however occasionally delays in delivery due to unforeseen factors are inevitable. Artigiano Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within our estimated delivery times.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
As standard the order charge will include a non-refundable charge for postage & packing.
The following methods of payment are accepted on our website: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
The Artigiano and Spirito di Artigiano collections are mainly designed, styled and sourced in Italy using predominantly Italian materials. Particular items may be manufactured in other countries due to production constraints.
All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packing charges, unless otherwise specified. All product prices advertised on this website are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. Artigiano Ltd will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of the products ordered as advertised on this website. Artigiano Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Although we do our very best to predict demand for the items featured in our collections, unfortunately we are not able to ensure permanent availability for every item. All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and emailed confirmation to our customer of receipt of an order do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfillment of an order.
If an item is flagged as 'Low Stock' it can still be added to your shopping bag and we will notify you should we not be able to fulfill your order.
If an item is shown with a 'No. of Weeks Wait' or a ‘due date’ you can still add it to your shopping bag in order to reserve it in your chosen colour and size.
The item will then be despatched to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Your credit or debit card will not be charged for any item until it has been despatched to you.

PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE
We hope you will be delighted with your Artigiano purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this catalogue free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange. A free returns label will be included in your parcel. (The goods must be unworn, in their original packaging and complete with tickets and labels intact and attached). Our home approval period is 14 days and returns outside this or not in accordance with our returns policy may not be accepted for refund. Our home approval and returns policy does not affect or amend your statutory rights.
There is no additional postage and packing cost for exchange orders, if the new item costs less we will reimburse you with the difference, if the new item costs more additional payment will be required. Our free returns service is not available for Isle of Man and Channel Islands orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks once you have returned your parcel for the return to be credited. If a return was originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher, we can only offer a credit to your Artigiano account as reimbursement. Where items are bought as gifts and subsequently returned, the refund can only be given to the original payer.
If goods on which a discount/offer was originally received are returned, that discount/offer may no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you also have a right to cancel your order for any product. You must notify us in writing within seven working days of receipt and return the products that you do not wish to keep to us at your own cost, unless the products were substitute goods which we selected for you. You must take reasonable care of the goods including returning in suitable packaging, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. If you cancel within the statutory period you may claim a refund of any sum you have paid for the goods, less any charges we incur if you do not return them at your own cost.
Note: In order to receive a refund on the postage and packing you need to have returned all the items ordered. If you use our UK free returns service to send the goods back we will offset the £4.95 postage charge paid to cover this. If you pay to return the goods yourself we will refund the postage and packing charge. We will only refund the standard postage and packing charge and not any additional cost for using our next day service.
**Please note, a free returns service is not available for Channel Island orders, or for the return of Sale items.
If you order non-sale items a free** returns label will be included in your parcel.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
GIFT CARDS / VOUCHERS
Once activated, this gift card can be used as full or part payment for merchandise from any company within the Scotts & Co family (www.scottsandco.com).
This gift card can be redeemed online, by post, by phone and in store*
No change will be given but any remaining balance can be applied to future purchases. This card is not redeemable for cash.
Once activated, this gift card will expire after 24 months and any unused balance will be forfeited.
The balance of this gift card can be checked online at any Scotts & Co website or in store*
Refunds will not be given for purchases of gift cards.
This is not a credit, debit, store or cheque guarantee card. Please treat it like cash. This card and any unused balance on it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
All refunds and exchanges of goods purchased with a Scotts & Co gift card will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Scotts & Co reserve the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions when necessary. Reasonable notice will be given where possible.
Please retain this card until you are completely satisfied with all your purchases in case a refund is necessary.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations
On 1 July 2007 the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations were implemented in the UK in order to protect our environment. Along with other retailers, Scotts & Co. have joined the Distributor Take-Back Scheme (DTS) which will allow you to deposit your old electrical/electronic items, free of charge, to recycling points set up around the country.
Visit www.recycle-more.co.uk to find out where your nearest recycling point is. Unfortunately we cannot accept electrical items back for recycling. Instead Scotts & Co. has contributed to the funding of an alternative network of UK recycling facilities as stated above.
