Free Returns*

*Please note, a free returns service is not available for Isle of Man or Channel Island orders, or for the return of Sale items.

We hope you will be delighted with your Artigiano purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you can return any item within 14 days of receipt of the goods for exchange or full refund of the purchase price.

When you order non-sale items a free returns label will be included in your parcel.

We do not offer a free returns service for items purchased in our Sales so we would recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning Sale items to us.

Please note that returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging and complete with tickets and labels intact and attached.

Our home approval period is 14 days and returns outside this or not in accordance with our returns policy may not be accepted for refund. Our home approval and returns policy does not affect or amend your statutory rights.

There is no additional postage and packing cost for exchange orders. When we process your exchange order we will refund the value of the returned items in full and process a new charge for the value of the exchange items.

We endeavour to process your returns or exchanges as quickly as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks once you have returned your parcel for the refund to be credited.

If a return was originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher, we can only offer a credit to your Artigiano account as reimbursement. Where items are bought as gifts and subsequently returned, the refund can only be given to the original payer.

If goods on which a discount/offer was originally received are returned, that discount/offer may no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you also have a right to cancel your order for any product. You must notify us in writing within seven working days of receipt and return the products that you do not wish to keep to us at your own cost, unless the products were substitute goods which we selected for you. You must take reasonable care of the goods including returning in suitable packaging, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

If you cancel within the statutory period you may claim a refund of any sum you have paid for the goods, less any charges we incur if you do not return them at your own cost.

Note: In order to receive a refund on the postage and packing you need to have returned all the items ordered. If you use our UK free returns service to return non-sale items, we will offset the £4.95 postage charge paid to cover this. If you pay to return the goods yourself we will refund the postage and packing charge. We will only refund the standard postage and packing charge and not any additional cost for using our next day service.
