The information and conditions shown on our websites do not affect your statutory rights. Total liability for any claim against Scala Collections Ltd, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Scala Collections Ltd to the customer.

English law applies to all orders placed on this website, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

When you place an order online with us you are making an offer to buy our goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order request. Once we have verified the price and availability of the goods we will email you again to confirm that your goods have been despatched to you which signifies that a contract has been made between us.

Every effort is made to ensure that our estimated delivery times are met; however occasionally delays in delivery due to unforeseen factors are inevitable. Scala Collections Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within our estimated delivery times.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

As standard the order charge will include a non-refundable charge for postage & packing.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The Artigiano and Spirito di Artigiano collections are mainly designed, styled and sourced in Italy using predominantly Italian materials. Particular items may be manufactured in other countries due to production constraints.

All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packing charges, unless otherwise specified. All product prices advertised on this website are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. Scala Collections Ltd will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of the products ordered as advertised on this website. Scala Collections Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time.

PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE

We hope you will be delighted with your Artigiano purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this catalogue free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange. A free returns label will be included in your parcel. (The goods must be unworn, in their original packaging and complete with tickets and labels intact and attached). Our home approval period is 14 days and returns outside this or not in accordance with our returns policy may not be accepted for refund. Our home approval and returns policy does not affect or amend your statutory rights.

There is no additional postage and packing cost for exchange orders, if the new item costs less we will reimburse you with the difference, if the new item costs more additional payment will be required. Our free returns service is not available for Isle of Man, Channel Islands and overseas orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks once you have returned your parcel for the return to be credited. If a return was originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher, we can only offer a credit to your Artigiano account as reimbursement. Where items are bought as gifts and subsequently returned, the refund can only be given to the original payer.

If goods on which a discount/offer was originally received are returned, that discount/offer may no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you also have a right to cancel your order for any product. You must notify us in writing within seven working days of receipt and return the products that you do not wish to keep to us at your own cost, unless the products were substitute goods which we selected for you. You must take reasonable care of the goods including returning in suitable packaging, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. If you cancel within the statutory period you may claim a refund of any sum you have paid for the goods, less any charges we incur if you do not return them at your own cost.

Note: In order receive a refund on the postage and packing you need to have returned all the items ordered. If you use our UK free returns service to send the goods back we will offset the £4.95 postage charge paid to cover this. If you pay to return the goods yourself we will refund the postage and packing charge. We will only refund the standard postage and packing charge and not any additional cost for using our next day service.

**Please note, a free returns service is not available for Channel Island and overseas orders, or for the return of Sale items.

If you order non-sale items a free** returns label will be included in your parcel.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are redeemable through the purchase of items at our retail outlets, via phone or post orders; for post orders please enclose the gift voucher with your order form.

Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

If the sum of the goods purchased exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card or by cheque.

If the sum of the goods purchased via a post order is less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will remain as a credit on your Artigiano account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.

If you have to return goods purchased using gift vouchers, the value of the goods returned will be credited to your Artigiano account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.

Gift vouchers are void if they have been in any way tampered with or defaced.

Gift vouchers can only be purchased at face value.

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
